The characteristics of hybrid type alignment film was analyzed by SEM and AFM. Double layer along with drying condition was analyzed by SEM. Formation of double layer was dependant with prebaking temperature and time. Same as that point double layer surface morphologies were changed by the temperature condition were analyzed by AFM. The surface morphology that can be mainly changed by the difference of hardness can be identified by applying the phase image mode.
