Abstract
The metal-free hexaalkylphthalocyanine is an ambipolar semiconductor exhibiting fast mobilities of hole and electron in both Colr and crystal phases. Also the Zn complex has the comparable mobilities in the Colh and crystal phases. In this work, the binary systems of these two phthalocyanines were studied on their mesomorphisms and charge transport behaviour.
