Generally, liquid crystal blue phases (BP) appear in a narrow temperature range about 1K between chiral nematic phase and isotropic one. We extended temperature range of BP to more than 60K by polymerization of various monomers in BP. We measured temperature dependence of electro-optic effect and dielectric relaxation of this polymer-stabilized blue phase (PSBP) at low temperature, and found maximum of Kerr coefficient. Through reflection spectra, we found that the ordered structure of PSBP changes into disordered one with lowering temperature, and that PSBP with lower monomer ratio and longer chiral pitch holds an ordered structure until lower temperature.
