We have tried to understand the extraordinary phase sequence, i.e. the emergence of super-latice structures with 4-, 5-, and 6-layer unit cells above SmC^*, by combining the phenomenological short-range interlayer interaction and the effective long-range interlayer interactions devised by Emelyanenko and Osipov[PRE, 68 (2003) 051703].
