We fabricated the nematic (N)- and the smectic A (SmA)- liquid-crystalline nano-emulsions (LCNEs), and measured the time evolution of the layer structure of the mixture of the N- and SmA-LCNEs by the time-resolved synchrotron X-ray diffraction experiment. Then, it was revealed that the layer spacing and the correlation length continuously decrease, which reflects the progress of the diffusion of the liquid crystalline molecules. Based on the time evolution of the layer spacing, we discussed the mobility of liquid crystalline molecules in the core parts of the micelles..
