The photorefractive properties of photoconductive polymer stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystal was measured. The mixtures composed of the photoconductor, chiral dopants, liquid crystals and photoinitiator exhibit asymmetric energy exchange in two beam coupling experiment. The influence of the mixing polymer on the photorefractive effect of polymer stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystals was investigated.
