分子配向を精密制御した単分散架橋液晶高分子微粒子の合成と機能

Liquid-crystalline polymer particles with controlled molecular orientation show unique properties in accordance with molecular orientation. Introduction of cross-linked structure into the particles has advantages of providing external stimulus responsiveness and environmental stability. However, the introduction of cross-linked structure using conventional methods results in polydispersity or the loss of molecular orientational structure. In this study, we proposed the method to synthesize cross-linked liquid-crystalline polymer particles with monodispersity and controlled molecular orientational structure.
