無閾電場応答を示す強誘電/反強誘電性液晶混合系の電場誘起相転移後の緩和過程の研究

Dielectric measurements were carried out to clarify the behavior of the liquid crystal(LC) phase with V-shaped response that appears in a mixture of a ferroelectric LC and an antiferroelectric LC.　The ground state of the phase is the antiferroelectric phase with four layers. Once it turns to the ferroelectric phase by applying an electric field, it shows ferroelectric behavior for a long time. In this study, we investigated the relaxation process from the ferroelectric state to the ground state by dielectric measurements under a weak applied electric field.
