Synchrotron radiation XRD technique was applied to analyze the nano-structure of the composites of a liquid crystalline semiconductor (9TNAT9) and poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT), which exhibit the highest level of hole mobility for pure and well-aligned P3HT. It was indicated that an amount of 9TNAT9 resolved in P3HT surely enhances the p-p interaction among polymer backbones.
