Recently,we have proposed a novel STN-LCD with excellent pressure resistance, named Polymer-Matrix(PM)-STN-LCD in which polymer walls enclose each pixel by using polymer-liquid crystal phase separation method. In this paper, we discribe the electro-optical propertices and pressure resistance of PM-STN-LCDs. And we have achieved the multiplexed STN-LCD with PM structure.
