STUDIES ON THE CHEMOCORTICOID IN THE GOAT URINE, WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO DIPHENYLAMINE REACTION AS A COLORIMETRIC METHOD FOR THE URINARY CORTICOID

Abstract

The present communication deals with the studies on the chemocorticoid in the goat urine and the entity of substance positive to diphenylamine reaction in the neutral lipid-soluble fraction. A colorimetric assay method for the urinary corticoid using diphenylamine reagents has been proposed.
