How to Keyword-search securely in Cloud Storage Service

Abstract

Cloud storage service is now cowcommercially available. Major Internet enterprises such as Google and Amazon are providing these services. A searchable symmetric encryption scheme is a symmetric-key encryption scheme by which a client can efficiently retrieve encrypted files containing (or indexed by) specific keywords, keeping the keywords themselves secret. In this survey, we review the security definitions and efficient constructions of single-keyword Searchable Symmetric Encryption (SSE) schemes.
