Abstract

The average temperature of Tokyo rose 2,9 degrees centigrade in 5 years. Tokyo Metropolis enforced to set the roof garden, the regulation of gasoline as new countermeasure plans. Ponds installed in the building and artificial waterfalls show the effect against the city warming as well as that of the afforestation. As a result of the investigation, the number of ponds in Shinjyuku was biggest in Tokyo Metropolis. The granite occupied 65% of the edge of the ponds. Many water-spaces had lights, sounds or plants in them. Global warming still increase now. To increase water-space with wood is needed to control warming; for the earth to be protected.
