Abstract
Fluorocarbon resin paint has super weather-resistance. The method of early estimation of lifetime for that is required. The weather-resistances of the paint resin and that of the film formulated pigments and the film with dirt materials were tried to detect by making use of chemiluminescence method. In the results it was possible to detect deterioration of various materials by this method after brief period of accelerating test(only 24 hours) and after exposed 1 month in the outside. It had good relationships between the deterioration of various samples after exposed outside for 3 years and the increase of the chemiluminescence luminous quantity of the initial same sample which was not exposed at all. The effectiveness on early time estimation of lifetime for coating film was verified by chemiluminescence method.
