Qauality Charcteristics of Hot-dip 55% aluminium-zinc alloy-coated steel sheets

Abstract

Hot-dip 55% aluminum-zinc alloy-coated steel sheets is used a lot as a roof material and the outside wall material as a building material that demonstrates a high anticorrosion property in Japan and overseas various buildings.This paper describes the results of evaluating quality characteristics about corrosion resistance, and the strength characteristic , and the adhesion of plating that including the product with a different surface treatment(Chromate ,Chromate free) and overseas supply product.As a result,it was judged to hold a Japanese product and a part of different quality Hot-dip 55% aluminum-zinc alloy-coated steel sheets that was the examination overseas supply product that we intended for.
