Abstract
It is said that the organic solvent which is drained when the spot executes the work in the materials that most of quantity of hydrocarbon discharged in the atmosphere today to show a rapid surge paint new construction ⁄ repair work such as building outer walls without social interest for environment surrounding the earth asking it inside and outside the country occupies it. Materials (five articles) painting weak solvent system among the examinations that I am aimed, and carry out the marketing weak solvent system that environment load reduction effect can expect as a backup of the conventional solvent system painting materials in view of such present conditions and quality security ⁄ improvement of the water system painting materials, the water system painting materials (13 articles) and the solvent system painting materials (four articles): I report it about an evaluation result to be based on a change of a color ⁄ luster by an outdoor revelation examination for 6 years for comparison and various surface analysis by SEM ⁄ EDX ⁄ FT-IR.
