Abstract

Kokera roofing needs a natural cedar and a sawara cypress large diameter tree of around 100 years old. But they are placed as rare nature wood now. In this study, pay its attention to the cedar of a young artificial plantation. Kokera roofing sawing from those wood and report production of characteristic materials. A comparison woods is the cedar of Akita and Miyazaki where growth environment differs by the weather.
