In the previous report (part 4) we calculated solar reflection of the paint to examine a correlation between the solar reflectance and the thermometry and reported that we measured a temperature change in the outdoors with the box specimens. The high reflectance paint is usually coated on a roof part, where deterioration of the paint is likely caused most rapidly and severely and, therefore, it is thought that the durability of the paint is related to the durability of the performance to block the heat. In this report, following the previous report(part3), we investigated about the durability of the heat blocking performance of the high reflectance paint measured by both the outside natural wethering test for two years and the accelerated weathering test for 3000 hours.

The rheological properties of cementitious materials are important to evaluate workability of cementitious materials. The properties of fresh cementitious materials conform the Bingham model which has a plastic viscosity and a yield stress. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the properties of fresh cement pastes and fresh cement mortars by a viscosity index and a yield stress index measured by the inclined blades rotational rheometer which was developed by authors in previous study. As a result, it was found that the mixing proportions such as water-cement ratio, sand-cement ratio influence rheological behavior of fresh cementitious materials, and the inclined blades rotational rheometer could evaluate the rheological bahaviour of cement mortar. Furthermore, it was cleared that the viscosity index and the yield stress index are related to the flow value measured by a table flow test according to JIS R 5201.

Japanese traditional plaster for construction, 'shikkui' that is mainly composed of natural materials has been reevaluated concerning of advantages in the earth and life environment. In this research, by solving the problem of the shrinkage cracking of plaster when drying without using binding material or aggregate (sand), a roller-paintable 'shikkui' like paint has been developed.Thought this new paint doesn't contain the causative material of 'sick house syndrome'and multiple chemical sensitivity, has good works of absorption of carbon dioxide, absorption and diffusion of moisture, deodorant, the formaldehyde adsorption, and antimicrobial properties, etc which are from natural 'shikkui'material characters. This report shows that the evaluation results of those above works and new findings of antiviral properties and confirmation of its effectiveness. Moreover, the surface treatment material was developed as the indoor pollution control measures, and its evaluation results were also reported.

The research team by the feminine staff is made to be started in-house, and because the surveillance study on the following two problems was done, it reports on the result.1.Surveillance study on demand for architectural finish material in housewife's lifestyle The questionnaire was executed to a married employee in the metropolitan area and the family, and a popular one in the house equipment and the architectural finish material by housewife's life pattern was investigated. As a result, the storage space and the sun-room are necessary like the home of the working housewife, and it has been understood that the stench decrease and the dirt prevention function are needed as a finishing material. 2.Surveillance study on display in school that made the best use of investigation and characteristics of the region concerning environmental safety measures in elementary school. The surveillance study on facilities and the safety technology that was able to study the green engineering as the grade-schooler enjoying it was executed. The display method in the school where characteristics of the region existed was designed, and it was adopted actually.

Sustainable society is headed for all over the world in 21C. So, Long-life Building is recommended in field of architecture. However, building has caused aging deterioration. It is, therefore, important to acquire knowledge of deterioration. So, we begin to construct deterioration-database for building materials and seek method to use the database on architectural education.

The building is vulnerable to an earthquake at the place with much sand. The ground falls into the state that resembled liquid temporarily. I decided to protect a building by installing steel reinforced concrete of thickness 20cm to protect the wooden building of the main hall of a Buddhist temple. I added seismic reinforcement about the wall. By the repair work of the temple, I examined illumination plans to make the adjustment of the color, a traditional atmosphere many items. Furthermore, I took the measures such as an electric shutter, the double sash for crime prevention. Here, I perform the construction report of the on a large scale wooden building.

With the Dubai tower, many new technologies were developed. A German company succeeded in concrete pump up of the height of 600m and developed technology to push up with concrete pump of three concrete at a stretch continually. Furthermore, the elevator device overcame 700m that the weight of the rope was a hinderance in, and load to the building structure body reduced the outer wall materials in super lightweight material. A cadjan called palm Jumeirah-shaped diameter was huge reclaimed land more than 4km, and a water level difference with the surface of the sea and underwater environmental protection, heat radiation fever to the building reduced it, and temperature fell down to 3 degrees Celsius. On the environment side, a project to let you separate from the car society was carried out by the adoption of the monorail. I report the result that I investigated about much new building in Dubai in this matter.

The photon energy made with solar nuclear fusion decreases to a one-1000000000th till I arrive at the earth. And 1/3 of energy poured into the surface of the earth which arrived are used as seawater and evaporation energy of the lakes and lead to hydraulic power generation. When the solar energy thinks about coal and oil with the thing which is indispensable for the photosynthesis of the plant, this is made by longtime time of a plant and the microbe of the ancient times, and it may be said that the fossil fuel is the canned food which accumulated solar energy. If the wind that the wind-generated electricity produced by difference of temperature of the atmosphere that the sun warmed the earth thinks about the nuclear power generation with a principle same as solar nuclear fusion under the energy, all which is made in a wide sense in the face of the Earth comes from energy dependent on the sun. I show energy deposits of the earth.

As for the powder body paint, uniform coating is provided by printing it after the painting to cover lacquer ware in powdered (a solid). In late years I can find a thick film by the once coating that I collect it and can reuse that does not include VOC causing the air pollution, and the growth of the demand as the environment correspondence type paint is expected. In addition, powder body paint of weatherproof high polyester-based and fluorocarbon is developed conventionally. By this report, I report a quality characteristic of the powder body paint of these these days about the result that thermoplastic fluorocarbon enamel coating and comparison evaluated by basic properties of matter examination, promotion weatherability examinations such as hardness / adhesion / abrasion characteristics, outdoors revelation examination.

Progressive deterioration of the paint film is attributed to resulting from the synergistic effects of ultraviolet rays and oxygen. The photo-oxidation reactions generate free radicals at a molecular junction of the paint film, which in turn generate other radicals from neighboring molecules and degenerate the wider area of the film. The one way to suppress the deterioration is converting the radicals into a stable material using an light stabilizer, for example,HALS.We report herein the results of the performance tests on a ceramic compound HALS-Hybrid resin paint that was constituted with the light stabilizer and ceramics stably incorporated into a resin.Compared with a thermoplastics type fluorine resin paint and a thermosetting urethane resin paint, our HALS-Hybrid resin paint demonstrates superior performance for outdoor construction materials.
