Abstract

As for the powder body paint, uniform coating is provided by printing it after the painting to cover lacquer ware in powdered (a solid). In late years I can find a thick film by the once coating that I collect it and can reuse that does not include VOC causing the air pollution, and the growth of the demand as the environment correspondence type paint is expected. In addition, powder body paint of weatherproof high polyester-based and fluorocarbon is developed conventionally. By this report, I report a quality characteristic of the powder body paint of these these days about the result that thermoplastic fluorocarbon enamel coating and comparison evaluated by basic properties of matter examination, promotion weatherability examinations such as hardness / adhesion / abrasion characteristics, outdoors revelation examination.
