Abstract
In the housing industry of Japan, where improvements of laws have advanced, the 10-year guarantee system for housing and Building Material Recycling Act have been enacted. Thus, housing with long-term high durability performance that can address the four seasons of Japan (namely, spring, summer, autumn and winter) has become increasingly necessary. Under such circumstances, this study focused on the development of outer wall materials improved in lightweight, fireproof characteristics, high durability and dimension stability, as the four performances required for long-term durability as the outer walls of housing. As high durability, freeze-thaw resistance was especially emphasized and I report "Development of Lightweight Concrete Outer Walls and Its Freeze-thaw of Finishing Material Resistance".
