The encupslant is a construction technique which apply only sprayed asbestos and sprayed rockwool which is containing asbestos. Therefore, it is not possible to apply to other asbestos-containing materials(ASMs). The removal of the ACMs for fire protection doesn't advance because the re-coating is requested. The encupslant for these ACMs are needed. We try the encupslant asbestos cements for fire protection using encupslanted adhesive for wet sprayed rockwool which is containing asbestos. The result of test, it is showed that Encupslanted adhesive for wet sprayed rockwool which is containing asbestos have specification for enxapsulant for asbestos cement for fire protection.

Currently, a mainstream of interior wall finishing materials in Japan has become dry method represented by “vinyl cloth” as the adaptive method is superior in mass production. This trend is unique to Japan. We are required to develop the interior wall finishing materials, having a textures can not be expressed by the current method, having sustainable quality, and having a performance can be expected to maintain and improve livability. As method featuring these conditions, is cited by the wet plaster working. But this method has been used no longer because of task difficulty; however the plaster working has excellent performance and more traditional characteristics. This research presentation reports its contents to consider in the construction method in collaboration both plastering and painting, as taking advantage of the wet material and construction methods to increase productivity while maintaining the excellence that has a plaster finish.

After building construction, separation and spalling of tiles becomes a problem. As a preventive measure, we developed to effectively prevention system from spalling of tiles. This system provides a locking mechanism between the back of a tile and the concrete surface, by the casting of monolithic polymer cement soaked into non-woven fabrics. In addition to preventing the spalling of tiles, this system is expected to alleviate stress concentration on the contact layer and to prevent concrete from damages such as carbonation by the casting of monolithic polymer cement. Therefore, we confirmed the advantages of this system through performance tests.

Quart surfaces manufacturing process consists of various stages. The first starts with the collection, storage, carrying and crushed mixing system of raw materials. This process includes quartz already processed in the size required for each case, a polyester resin, micronized quartz with other minority components like pigments. After the mixing stage, the material is moved to a vibrocompression area, where it will be subjected to a vibrocompression system so as to remove its air at the same time it is vibrated. This system results in a homogeneous and solid material without pores. In the next stage, the material is poured onto a furnace for the resin polymerization. Afterwards, the material is left to cool down for 24 hours so as to eliminate inner tensions. The following step is cutting, calibrating and polishing the slabs. All these tasks have to be carried out with water. After that, it is the turn of the control quality. The slabs are examined by photometric devices through which the homogeneity, shade, etc. of the different products are verified. The process finishes in the product labeling and storage.

The expansion with rapid United States first solar has been proven to the amorphous of the processing technology in future though sees. In the present study, the power generation efficiency is made to improve the basic technique of the semiconductor developed in Europe and to reach up to 10%, and the performance guarantee shows the content that enables 20 years. It is becoming more and more important that we should maintain and manage buildings with more rational methods. Finishing material degradation relates to maintain and manage buildings. However, there are a lot of factors for degradation, it is quite difficult for us to figure them out quantitatively. For this reason, service life of finishing material has unclear points, which has been a disorder for maintaining and managing. And so, we surveyed actual buildings in order to comprehend degradation of finishing material. The three Housing estates were investigated. We focused on 4 degradation phenomena : gloss level, color difference, crack and coefficient of air permeability. We obtained results on the external walls of buildings. Results of the survey showed that crack was distinguished aged deterioration. Gloss level and coefficient of air permeability relatively tend to deteriorate with age. And, we simulated progress of the degradation in the future by Markov chain model. Putting only present condition to Markov chain model, we can predict the condition in the future. The condition in the future doesn't relate to the past condition on the model. The simulation helps us determine time to renovate finishing material.

For instance, the building externals composed of the building coating materials are matched bast with human's esthetic sense on conditions like optical amount and the viewing angle. As a result, aesthetic posing was able to be evaluated overall by three indices ; a) the contrast ratio, b) the feature, c) the layout ratio, about the building externals. And a vagure "aesthetic" was able to be expressed numerically.

In the study of the past, there are some studies about aways of appearance by the illuminations. However, as for the study for architectural materials and it is rare. Perticularly, there is not still the architectural materials study of the purpose of directing space by using illuminations. This report paid its attention to contrast we used lighting it up, and to create the differences of the atmosphere of the illuminations. Futhermore, we analyzed images by based on the information taht we got by rthe field survey of the light up.As a result, for making contract bigger needs to make portrates by iiradiating it with light at the angle and height. In addition,we understood that the person when contrast gerw big so that the length of the shadow became big moreover the shadow thickened. Thus, we report it because it was demonstrated when a finish pattern directed by lights and shadows are effective for contrast to create the differences of the atmosphere.

In this study, we examined the effect of the Surface Properties, such as initial water absorption rate, water contact angle and central average roughness, on the Stain and cleaning of pollutant changed the density in various coating materials. As a result, progress of rain cleaning effects of various external finishing materials are found to be a serious effect on initial water absorption rate, water contact angle and central average roughness. Furthermore, in general external finishing materials, brightness is reduced pollutant concentration increases, but in photocatalytic finishing materials, brightness decreased slowly, and rainwater recovery is limited by the brightness and the maximum recovery of clean material lightness is closely linked to the progressing external finishing materials.

Natural electric potential of re-bars and corrosion area percentages for repaired RC components were evaluated after accelerated aging tests. The results obtained can be summarized as follows; 1. It was confirmed that salt content and degree of carbonation strongly affected the durability of repaired RC components. 2. In natural electric measurement, it was recognized that there was difference between natural electric potential values of patched parts and unpatched parts due to difference in patching materials. 3. There was correlationbetween natural electric potential values and corrosion parcentages for un-repaired part in RC components.

In this paper, the relationship between rheological properties of cement mortar and impression evaluation of the workability of cement mortar evaluated by skilled plasters was investigated in order to propose an evaluation method of the workability for plastering materials. The experiments in this paper can be divided into following two groups. (1) Carrying out the sensory test using cement plaster materials to obtain quantitative information. (2) Measure the rheological properties of the cement plaster materials. As a result, it was found that viscosity and consistency are significantly important in evaluating workability of cement plaster materials. In addition, it was cleared that there are the optimum values in the viscosity index and the yield stress index which are measured by the Inclined Blades Rotational Rheometer.

In the future society, environmental consideration would be more important, and Quantification of carbon dioxide emission during many industrial activities would be considered as well. This study aimed at the thought of carbon-neutral properties that carbon absorption and discharge could be harmonized by using disposed sea shell of scallop. The shell of scallop could absorb carbon dioxide in marine water in a short term and expect to be used in several years as building material. The market conditions of disposed shell and basic mechanical and fracture properties of scallop mortar containing scallop sand were investigated. With the results, mechanical properties and deformation resistance of mortar is superior to the normal mortar, and results of themogravimetry /differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA) could be observed that usage of scallop sand in concrete materials was expected to be explained carbon-neutral properties.
