Part13 Surface conditions and chemical structures of coated films after accelerated weathering test

Abstract

In recent years, that applying chemical conversion with chomiumu-free agent and powder coating containing non-solvent have been featured on assignment to take enviromental prevention into consideration. Japan Society for Finishing Technology has constituted a reserch committee to establish a accurate coating system The committee has been evaluated different hardening type powder coating with some kinds of substrate surface preparation. In this paper, surface observtaion results with laser microscope and chemical structure analysis with FT-IR-ATR method for test specimen after accelerated wethering test are discussed.
