Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clarify Effects of Mix Proportion and Construction Factors on Compressive Strength and Shape Change of Rammed Earth Wall Using Traditional Technique. As a result, the following conclusions of tained:1)Maximum compressive strength was measured when the ratio of Kanto loam to fine aggregate to slaked lime was 1:0.5:0.15.MgCl2 concentration of the aqueous solution is 15% when considering the rate of volume change.2)Maximum compressive strength was Construction factors was measured at Rammer fall height of 30 cm,number of compaction times 25,material age 7 days demolding and air curing.3)Compressive strength due to compaction energy become a maximum among generally 200×103 to 300×103J/cm3,after that,it was decreased.4)Compressive strength due to the curing method, increases with the passage of materials age at both curing method, air curing was greater than the sealed curing.
