Abstract
Two technological problems on surface treatment of aluminum alloy building materials have been indicated.One is disuse of the chemical conversion reagent which contains chromium Ⅵ.The other is new application of powder coating that excludes organic solvent.In this paper, experimental evaluations for the powder coating system with new chromium-free chemical conversion are discussed from outdoor exposure test 42 months.
