Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clarify the solidification mechanism that contribute most to the Rammed earth wall.As a result, the following conclusions are obtained :1)Curing reaction of hydrated lime are contributing most to the compressive strength. 2)Curing reaction of hydrated lime are contributing most to the change in mass and volume change. 3)Reaction that contribute most solidification mechanism Rammed earth wall specimen is a curing mechanism of slaked lime.
