Methods for Measuring Thickness of a Fluid-applied Waterproofing Membrane in an Actual Building and Some Results

Abstract

The film thickness inspection of urethane waterproofing is an important control item when securing the quality of waterproofing performance. Management method of film thickness measurement method has not been established, the accuracy is also not clear. This paper conducts the cutoff inspection of urethane waterproofing at the time of the existing building repair work, and investigates the film thickness by the difference in a measuring method.
