Abstract
Among the studies on the durability of various coating systems for the aluminum material that is used as an exterior material of the sash, curtain wall, such as building, in (Part 1) previously reported, reported on the durability evaluation of various powder coating system . From outdoor exposure test results, the tendency has been confirmed superiority of fluorine resin system is not observed in the high humidity environment under ultraviolet light a large amount, as this factor, radical production by the photocatalytic reaction of titanium oxide is a pigment is the degradation mechanisms that you have relationship has been suggested. In contrast, the fluorine-polyester hybrid powder coating by the clear layer of fluorine is formed on the surface from (Table 1) coating structure analysis, the effect of blocking the water as a radical source is expected . In order to examine this effect, it was reported on the basic properties and boiling water resistance test results and evaluation test plan of the fluorine-polyester hybrid powder coating system (Part 2) previously reported. In this paper, following the previous report 2), as evaluation of fluorine-polyester hybrid powder coating system, to report accelerated weathering and corrosion resistance, for outdoor exposure test results.
