Development of External Wall Tiling System Using Organic Adhesives for Surface Preparation

Part 4 : Evaluation of Waterproofing Propeties

Abstract

The authors have developed external wall tiling system using organic elastic adhesives for surface preparation. This paper describes evaluation of waterproofing propeties. Results of material test about tensile property, adhesive strength, permeability and crack elongation performance showed that the performance of this system is as same as polymer-modified cement waterproofing membrane.
