Abstract
In this context, continue to part.1, we examined the organic-inorganic hybrid adhesion method (referred to as “hybrid-bonding”) of workability and impact resistance. At first, in order to confirm the workability, we did a full-scale construction test of tiling of 147 × 900 × 10mm. Next, the steel ball drop test was implemented to confirm the impact resistance.Hybrid-bonding adds the process of applying an adhesive as compared with mortar bonding. However, we have estimated that the process does not significantly affect the productivity. Impact resistance evaluation, dropping the steel ball up to a height of 30cm was no abnormality. We had speculated that cracking is caused by everyday use. Through Part 1 and Part 2, Organic-inorganic hybrid adhesion method is considered to be effective as bonding of the large floor tiles.
