Abstract
We have developed an inorganic-organic hybrid adhesion method for the large size floor tiles. The inorganic-organic hybrid method is a method of applying the tiles with the mortar affixed on top of the uncured organic adhesive. This construction method is possible to achieve both impact resistance and crack follow-up. Mortar clad construction method of the conventional method of construction. is strong in impact load. but, cracks follow-up is poor, therefor cracks of the foundation is transmitted to the tile surface. Organic adhesive method of the conventional method of construction is excellent in cracking follow-up. However, adhesive method is weaker in impact load, therefor tiles crack are observed. We were performed adhesion test, zero span tension test, the real large construction test and steel ball drop test And, this method was confirmed to have the performance required for the floor tile construction, including the impact resistance and crack follow-up. In the part 1 , reporting the results of the adhesion test and the zero-span tension test.
