Part2 Question of uniforn, toilet, properties of the answeres

Abstract

We reported the the results of the questionnaires obtained from 171 women working in the building site over 6 months. We considered the properties of the answerers.We compared results between 2015 and 2017.

Report the results of questionnaire survey for women who have worked at construction site for more than 6 months. In the period of implementation, in June 2017, the general contractors and specialized construction companies of each company were implemented. Here we report the results of the questionnaire on working clothes, toilets and working consciousness. In work clothes, I found that there are problems with sweat stains and heat than size. Moreover, although the proportion of toilets by gender is not increased in toilets, improvement points were seen. Also, in working consciousness, the answer that I feel the disparity with men has increased significantly from last time. Men, I found that workplace consciousness reform is necessary.
