A survey on maintenance and maintenance of super high rise apartment

Abstract

Super high-rise apartment Over 300 buildings experienced large-scale repair, and 4 buildings with more than 50 floors in height (recently 3 buildings) are being implemented. It is becoming apparent that there are unique problems that differ from the maintenance of middle - to - high - rise condominiums due to the review of the long - term repair plan and the improvement of plan repair (large - scale repair, equipment renewal).

In this research, we aim to clarify the cause and actual condition of the super high rise apartment from the present situation, on its maintenance and management.
