Abstract

In steel construction building designed large space by disclosed steel frame, a friction joint part surface has to secure prescibed friction coefficient by rust. Howewver, the beauty of the joint part early fall off by rust stain. Therefore, to prevent the early corrosion and keep the beauty of the part, it is generally that blasitng on whole the steel surafce before the coating is applied and irorganic zinc rich paint which holds enough friction is coated on the friction joint part surface and organic zinc rich paint that is able to improve the coating working property is applied on the other part surface. In this case, it takes time from pre-coating until protection-covering on the pre-coated part because the film needs drying time. Therefore, the covering on the pre-coated part and the post-coating would be worked on next day. Corrosion on the steel suface except pre-coating part is worried. In this paper, protection-covering methods for pre-coated film on the friction joint part surface is discussed in oredr to make the construction term short and improve corrosion inhibition effect of the coating.
