In recent years,direct-affixed tile finishing without the base adjustment mortar is increasing due to improvement of the frame precision. Since the thickness of the finishing material is thin, it was said that the anchor pinning part epoxy resin injection method can not be applied. The authors developed a method of installing an aluminum frame and injecting while holding down the scratches. As a result of being able to inject with a strong pressure, return of injection material due to excess pressure and lifting of pin (Stainless steel all screw bolt)can be seen. Therefore, We developed a new anchor pin with mechanical fixing force, and tried to solve the resin return and the pin lifting. In floating repair of the finishing material, it is required to use an anchor pin together with the adhesion of the injection material. In order to confirm that the new anchor pin has sufficient sliding prevention effect aganst the thin tile finish to the finishing layer, the result of the pull-out test and head penetration test (devising test method)are report.
