Since condominium repair work is extremely costly to the residents, they usually accumulate a fund monthly. However, some earlier reports suggest that the monthly accumulated amount is insufficient to the required amount. This study visualizes spatial pattern of the risk of condominium repair fund shortage in Tokyo metropolitan area. We estimate both the repair cost per household and the household income. For this estimation, information about each property is collected from the online database of real-estate transactions. This part explains how we improve the procedure to identify the property location from the earlier method.
