When dismantling buildings using asbestos containing coating materials for textured finishes of buildings, a hand tool keren method with a release agent may be applied. However, performance varies depending on the manufacturer and the components contained in the release agent. In this study, the purpose is to propose a test method that can evaluate the performance of the release agent. In this report, the purpose is to confirm the possibility of performance evaluation by measuring removal time using each release agent. The same peeling experiment was carried out by 5 experimenters, and the removal time was measured. The results showed a tendency that the superiority of the release agent is similar by each experimenter. From this result, it is possible to evaluate the performance of the release agent based on the removal time.
