In recent years, it has been desired to extend the life of buildings in consideration of responding to the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs. To extend the life of a building, it is possible to apply highly durable building materials. If the sealing material exhibits the same weather resistance as the high weather resistance exterior material, joint repair can be carried out at the same time as painting repair, which contributes to cost reduction by ensuring long-term design and improving the efficiency of exterior wall repair. In this report, we report the results of the tensile adhesion test and repeated fatigue test after accelerated exposure for 30 years. In this study, a new fluororesin coating, wrinkle fluororesin coating (hereinafter referred to as wrinkle), which has excellent design, was used as a highly weather-resistant exterior material. Wrinkle is a coating that achieves a matte finish without specular reflection by forming a micro wrinkle structure on the surface of the coating film. Since it does not use a matting agent and removes the luster, it has excellent weather resistance and maintains a high degree of design for a long period of time.results of the tensile adhesion test and repeated fatigue test, good adhesive durability was confirmed. In addition, the two-component modified silicone resin-based sealant used for comparison has fine cracks, and the one-component polyurethane-based sealant is superior in terms of aesthetics as well as productivity and quality assurance.
