Details

Since the first issue was published in December of 2013, four regular issues have been regularly published on J-STAGE1) in March, June, September, and December of each year.

From April 2019, this journal will start to use Editorial Manager® online submission and peer review tracking system for submission of manuscript2). Please check on the progress of your contribution by logging onto Editorial Manager® at Food Safety.

Instruction for authors and form of copyright transfer are available in the website.

This journal is assigned to Digital Object Identifier (DOI)-Cross Reference and distributed under the term of the Creative Commons Attribution License, CC BY 4.03).

I greatly appreciate the authors, reviewers, and editorial board members for their enthusiastic and continued support for the publication. All the peer-reviewed articles in this five-year period have been submitted from Asia, Europe and the USA as well as Japan in line with our international journal policy. We look forward to receiving manuscripts within the scope of this journal from all around the world. Manuscripts presented at symposium or congress meetings are welcome to be published as original or review articles. The future success of our journal depends on authors of peer-reviewed articles. We are particularly grateful to the contributors for supporting the publication of the journal, which will advance the development of science and technology for food safety.
