Abstract
The earth is covered with the plate of 10 several pieces, and our country is located on four plates. In addition, because those plates collide, there are active faults more than 2000. Whenever an investigation advances, its position changes year by year, and they continue increasing. Therefore we may encounter earthquakes wherever we are, as long as you live in our country. On March 11, 2011, Tohoku Region Pacific Coast Earthquake was generated, and recent years, we did not have such huge damage like it. Smart Phone was useful as means to get disaster information and support information then. Smart Phone has the view function of the PC site and the function to be able to use SNS application in addition to function of the conventional cell-phone. In other words Smart Phone can do high communication. In this study Disaster Information Sharing Systems by using smart phone(Android) was developed.
