Abstract

The smart wellness city is proposed as a typical type of healthy city that provides safe and sound life for citizens with physical health as well as value of living. In the study, smart wellness cities are classified according to the structural factors in healthy city. Firstly, five aspects are defined for urban health. Secondly, structural factors of smart wellness city are described quantitatively. Thirdly, fuzzy cluster analysis such as fuzzy c-means method is applied to classify the smart wellness city. Furthermore, essential structural patterns for health policy factors are derived from the previous results. Finally, the effectiveness of health policies in the smart wellness city is evaluated.
