Rule Extraction from Multivariable Data Based on Degree of Involvement on Component Plane of SOM

Abstract

Using SOM of SOM2(SOM 2), which is an extension method of the self-organizing map (SOM), the relationship between each class (data set) was visualized in the component plane display. We extracted the rules by comparing the components. In this study, we tried to extract the rules using data from patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
