Intelligent Edutab Box for Supporting Face-to-face Collaborative Learning in Real-time

Abstract

Face-to-face collaborative learning is well-known as effectiveness education method. For sup- porting it in real-time, we develop intelligent CSCL system included soft computing methods. The functions for students are (s1) recording their thinking and (s2) viewing self and other thinking. The functions for teacher are (t1) visualization of viewing information of all students, (t2) detection of students that will not achieve learning objective and (t3) estimation of students that have effectiveness information. In our presentation, we introduce overview of the system.
