In recent years, the rapid advancement of information technology has led to the widespread application of the “Network Plus” operational model across various sectors of society, transforming traditional organizational structures. In the field of nonprofit organizations (NPOs), many groups have begun utilizing network platforms and social media tools to expand their fundraising methods, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen engagement with citizens. This paper focuses on representative examples of “Network Plus NPOs,” analyzing their specific operational models and information dissemination mechanisms based on user survey data. It also examines real-world challenges, such as civic participation behaviors, levels of trust, lack of information transparency, public distrust regarding fund usage, and the limited effectiveness of information dissemination. By organizing and analyzing data collected through questionnaires, the study aims to clarify both the advantages and challenges of NPO operations within a networked environment. The goal is to provide theoretical and practical insights that contribute to the healthy development of network-based public interest activities.
