Abstract
Sclero sponge habits in dark caves of outer coral reef, and grows massive skeletons with yearly growth band. In the present study, the analytical results of trace elements, stable and radio isotopes of 13C, 14C and others will be shown. And the clear results on anthropogenic impact to environments will be discussed.
