Abstract
Based on the newly determined double-beta-decay half life of 130Te, we have measured the direct mineralization ages on Te-bearing minerlas from some hydrothermal gold deposits by the Te-Xe method. The obtained ages are compared with previously reported K-Ar, Ar-Ar, or U-Pb ages of the hostrocks and vein-forming gangue minerlas. We will refer to the geochemical significance of the dating of direct minerlaization age by Te-Xe method.
