Abstract

The author proposes to use hot-spring water for one of the disaster measures in big cities. A drinking water shortage is possible one of big concerning in case of big earthquake such as Nankai/Tounankai earthquake. We should prepare engine pump for public bath and hotels to use their water for citizens.
