Abstract

Isotopes are useful tracers for both chemical and physical processes of materials. It is important for isotope imaging methods to have high dynamic range, high sensitivity, high accuracy, as well as short measurement time. In this study, we developed a highly sensitive two-dimensional detection system using MCP /FS /qCMOS. The error evaluation using a sample with known oxygen isotope ratios successfully optimized the analytical method.
