Abstract

Snowfall, freezing, and frost, which are cold damage to social life, cause damage to roads, sidewalks, agricultural facilities, and structures. An all-weather sensor was developed to reduce this obstacle. Over the course of about 15 years, we report the results of successful development of effective sensor technology overcoming many problems.
