In this paper, the cement mortar material has been said to have a tensile strength of 10% with respect to the compressive strength, and it was not a structural material but a surface layer material that is effective as a compressive strength material. This is a research paper demonstrating that if chopped glass fiber is added and reinforced in this mortar material, the tensile strength can be remarkably improved by 5 times or more and it can have a function as a structural material.

This study seeks the standard lamination work to establish the secondary bonding lamination work standard for corrosion resistant FRP laminates. The purpose is to establish a general work technology standard for preventing peeling (quality assurance) of FRP laminates with secondary bonding surfaces exposed to high-speed flow. This study is based on GPI requests from authors with experience in solving problems and empirical results, and seeks joint work standards and work verification standards.

Japanese manufacturing companies are suffering from international handicaps, including raw material and utility costs more than twice the international price, high labor and taxes. On the other hand, in the oil field management market, the steel pipe market is said to be 10 million tons, worth several trillion yen. However, since 2008, the demand for steel pipes has started to shift to the demand for cheaper FRP pipes with excellent corrosion resistance. Rapid growth has been achieved, with three major tube manufacturers reaching 4 trillion yen.
Synthesizing resin raw materials from scratch using monomers increases costs. To solve the FRP international handicap problem, the GPI Standards Committee emerged from the growing needs of customers in this area. GPI member companies or laboratories are price leaders for large international processed polymer intermediates (such as epoxy resins and vinyl ester resins) and can be purchased at much lower prices (less than $ 2 / kg).
In this research, when developing a resin with target properties such as high elongation performance only by adding a filler or polymer blend at the final stage, when a positive composite effect occurs, it is necessary to increase the density beyond the theoretical average value. The increase in physical properties accompanying the increase in density is defined as hybrid processing.
In systems with increased physical properties due to increased density, for example, when mass-producing the same system, the analysis of two or more items can be completed by density measurement, etc., and dramatic reductions in analysis costs can be expected.

Hot springs are mineral-contining groundwater above 25 ° C. Usually, a post-cooking boiler is used to maintain an appropriate temperature of 42 ° C. The general super sento has a scale of 30 tons of water from the basement every day (the same amount of drainage) and 200 to 300 tons of circulating water, and the water that needs heating is circulated by heating with city gas or heavy oil. . The required fuel economy is said to be about 2 to 3 million yen / month, which is the most expensive expense. We report on the results of our research on a geothermal heating method that does not require 80% fuel cost.

As a result, when the filtered hot spring water with reduced temperature is passed through the underground pipe, it goes through a transient stage with a large endothermic effect, and if it continues for more than several months, it becomes a steady state with a constant endothermic effect.

The traceability labels used for GPI standard pipes for oil wells are cumulative management of application certification and usage load progress conditions that can disseminate pipes conforming to acid resistance (pH 2 or less), high temperature (maximum 250 °C), and high pressure (maximum 100 MPa), used for guaranteeing durability performance. The traceability system is a communication function with internet electronic information, created for users' needs that can be used and managed within the durability range in addition to the QC information which is the GPI standard application product. In this paper, comparison of 1D/2D code and image correction on pipe with cylyndrical shape skew is presented.
