Abstract
This article explores how important human abilities such as listening, dialogue, negotiation, and persuasion are in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). It then highlights the importance of these capabilities in working with AI, including problem-solving, data interpretation, digital literacy, critical thinking, and creativity.
